The accommodation is arranged on two levels. On the main floor is the spacious, Kitchen/Diner/ Conservatory which has fabulous views overlooking the bay. It adjoins a large, comfortably furnished, sitting room which has French windows leading onto the garden and patio where guests can sunbathe, relax and enjoy a barbeque. There are two double bedrooms on this floor, both with double beds, sea views and ensuite facilities. A separate cloakroom and utility room also lead off from a central hall. The house is provided with all the usual appliances, including dishwasher and combination microwave.

The upper floor comprises a superb ensuite master bedroom with private glass fronted balcony giving extensive views of the bay. There are two further double bedrooms on this level, one twin bedded, both with ensuite shower facilities.

The house is heated with oil fired central heating. Electricity is included within the cost.
