News from The Bay Hotel
Our first summer at the Bay Hotel saw the completion of our new conservatory extension which has enabled us to have more tables with enchanting sea views across the Bay. We have enjoyed a warm welcome from the village and we were proud to have helped raise over £1000.00 towards the Christmas lights with our Cheese and Wine evening in March. Our guests watched the Carnival, and two guests were judges. Our terrace proved a great vantage point from which to watch the Regatta and the RNLI Lifeboat day displays. We were also pleased to be mentioned in the Sunday Times in June as being one of the best places in Britain for star gazing and welcomed keen astronomers in August to watch the Perseid meteor shower.

Lifeboat Day 2007
We are looking forward to the 2008 season and reopen on March 1st. With the addition of the conservatory and our terraces, we will be offering lunch by the sea with fresh fish from the bay, soups, salads and sandwiches and of course we will also be open for dinner to non residents 7 nights a week. We hope to welcome people from the village and the surrounds.

We look forward to seeing you soon and our very best wishes for 2008!
