Fifteenth Century Polcoverack Farm, surrounded by 33 acres of fields and woods, is situated half a mile from the picturesque fishing village of Coverack, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Garden Cottage is the ground floor wing of our 15th Century farmhouse and has its own private garden with distant views across the fields to the sea. The cottage has been completely refurbished for the year 2000 with, we hope, everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker and hob. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There are two bedrooms, one double with wash hand basin and one twin with room for an extra bed if required. The lounge is comfortable, with a television, video, pay phone, CD Cassette Radio, lots of books, magazines and games. A conservatory leads off the lounge, providing a peaceful place to look out over the garden. The summer house contains garden chairs, a barbecue and a croquet set.

Guests staying with us have the freedom to wander around our 33 acre farm, which is now a home for retired horses, two donkeys, two sheep and a pig! We have a coarse fishing lake for guests, well stocked with carp, perch and tench up to 22lbs.

Coverack is a walk away down the track, where there is a safe sandy beach, shop, pub and a few restaurants. The coastal path runs through Coverack, offering spectacular walks in either direction.
